I am Cheng Ing, another treasurer for Hydra House. As you all know, today ( 22/5/2009) is the dateline for handing in your proposal for events that you are representing. So, I hope that I can receive your proposal by today or the latest by the end of this week, 24/5/2009.

Pls include your handphone number and e-mail add at the end of your proposal so it would be easier for us when we want to contact you. Pls include a small note/ explanation if necessary. If any of you have any difficulty to hand in, pls at least send in an email or contact us.
I have received a few proposals from a few sports reps. Thanks for being so efficient!!:) By the way, just want to remind all of you that we have very limited amount of money (only RM2000 per house for all events!) So, we truly hope that you all can propose wisely for the benefits of our house!:) Pls take note that, no matter money is needed or not for your event, pls reply and fill in the proposal too and state no money is required at the moment.
If you can hand in the proposals earlier, then we can get things done earlier which indirectly you can start with your training earlier too. This is indeed a win-win situation!
